SPG provides legal advice in relation to matters in India.

SPG  is admitted as an Advocate in India and has worked in India in the areas of business & commercial laws with an emphasis on advising foreign companies to establish a presence in India. SPG is bilingual in English & Hindi.

SPG  was a founding member of the India Group at Allen & Overy and was also instrumental in forming the British – Indian Lawyers Association under the flagship of The Law Society of England & Wales. He was the head of the “India Desk” at Eversheds. SPG is also registered as an Indian Lawyer with the legal and Judicial authorities in Monaco.

SPG is on the list of foreign lawyers maintained by the Law Society of England & Wales and also has close links with Advocates in India. SPG is the author of the book “Notarial Practice in India”.
